This ReadyLift 66-3052 Rear Block Kit is a simple and effective method to lift the rear of your Silverado 1500. This kit includes (2) 2 inch Cast Iron Rear Blocks, (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your Silverado 1500 truck.  Designed to give slightly more lift in the rear of your vehicle by installing the block between the rear axle and leaf springs.
