Regarding lifting, the Falcon front shocks offer multiple ride heights, allowing you to level the front end or compensate for added accessories like winches. Set the snap ring at the desired height when installing the front shocks/struts. The front shocks come pre-set at "Level."  In the rear Teraflex includes 1 inch coil spring spacers that lift the rear of the 4Runner.
