The CAD-engineered TeraFlex 9792 LCG Long Arm Frame Brackets and Triangulated 4-Link Rear Axle Truss for the Wrangler TJ are meticulously designed for maximum strength and durability. These robust brackets are crafted from 1/4-inch thick steel, precision CNC laser cut, and bent to ensure an accurate fit. For installation, the frame brackets utilize the factory belly pan skid plate bolt holes and are stitch-welded for secure attachment. These components are the same high-quality parts in our premium Pro LCG and Enduro LCG Long Arm Suspension Systems.

When used on higher lifts, the Rear Upper Pro LCG Triangulated 4-Link Long Control Arms Frame Brackets and Rear Axle Truss transform the stock 5-link rear suspension into a triangulated 4-link suspension. This conversion increases flex and eliminates interference with other components. Repositioning the frame-end and axle-end control arm mounting points relaxes the suspension link angles, reducing bushing stress during extreme droop and minimizing shock load transferred through the LCG Long Control Arms. The LCG Long Arm Frame Brackets and Rear Axle Truss are gusseted and reinforced, offering superior strength and reduced noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) compared to other long arm kits. The components are constructed from durable 1.25" x 0.25" (front upper) or 1.75" x 0.25" (lower, rear upper) wall DOM tubing, ensuring maximum strength. These brackets also help balance the front caster and pinion angles, optimize the rear pinion angle, and tune the anti-squat geometry for proper suspension alignment on 3-5-inch lift kits.

The LCG Long Control Arms and Brackets re-center the axles in the wheel well for proper suspension movement and can also be used to increase the wheelbase. They provide a full range of movement without restricting articulation or flexing off-road. The raw steel finish is ready for welding and can be painted or powder-coated to your preference. Backed by the TeraFlex Lifetime Warranty against defects, these brackets ensure correct suspension geometry on a Dana 60-style front axle housing with 3.25-inch diameter axle tubes. This setup can be added to an existing suspension lift. Still, it must be used with adjustable LCG Long Control Arms (not included) to optimize caster angle and tune anti-squat geometry for proper suspension alignment on TJ Wrangler/Unlimited models with 3-5 inch lifts.
