4.5" 2007-2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD Lift Kit by Zone

The Zone Offroad ZONC91 4.5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit for 2007-2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD models is a high-clearance suspension system designed to increase ground clearance, improve tire clearance, and maintain proper steering and suspension geometry at the increased ride height. The system combines front strut spacers with heavy-duty crossmembers, differential relocation components, steering knuckles, skid plates, CV spacers, sway bar correction components, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, rear lift blocks, U-bolts, and supporting hardware. Two configurations are available: front strut spacers with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks or front strut spacers with Zone Nitro Series rear shocks.

The front suspension uses high-arched 1/4-inch steel crossmembers to reposition critical suspension mounting points while maximizing ground clearance. Multi-point differential relocation brackets lower and secure the front differential to help maintain more favorable CV axle operating angles, while CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the taller ride height. CV spacers, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets further accommodate the increased suspension height and travel, while a heavy-duty skid plate system protects the front drivetrain.

Front strut spacers add ride height while retaining the factory strut-based suspension layout. At the rear, replacement lift blocks raise the factory leaf spring suspension to complement the front lift while maintaining factory-style load support. Longer U-bolts and rear brake line brackets complete the rear suspension configuration. The 4.5-inch lift provides clearance for up to 33-inch tires with properly configured wheels, creating a balanced combination of additional ground clearance, larger tire capability, and improved off-road protection.

The ZONC91 can be configured with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series or Zone Nitro Series rear shocks. FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks use a 2-inch steel monotube body with an internal floating piston, 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated shaft, high-flow piston, and application-specific valving for consistent street and off-road damping. Zone Nitro Series shocks use a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for responsive suspension control across changing road and trail conditions. Both configurations use front strut spacers, allowing you to select the rear shock package based on your desired damping performance.
