The Zone Offroad D163N / D163F 3-Inch Suspension Lift Kit for 2025-2027 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD diesel trucks is a complete radius arm suspension system that increases ground clearance, tire clearance, and suspension capability while maintaining controlled on-road handling. The system combines progressive-rate front coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a front track bar relocation bracket, sway bar links, brake line brackets, rear lift blocks, extended U-bolts, and matched front and rear shocks. Rear lift configurations include a 2-inch block kit for trucks without a factory overload spring or a 2-inch block kit for trucks equipped with a factory overload spring. D163N kits use Zone Nitro Series front and rear shocks, while D163F kits use FOX 2.0 Adventure Series front and rear shocks.

Heavy-duty fabricated replacement radius arms provide the foundation for the front suspension upgrade and are engineered to correct caster geometry at the increased ride height. Progressive-rate front coil springs support the additional weight of the diesel-powered Ram 3500 while delivering controlled suspension response across changing road and trail conditions. A front track bar relocation bracket helps re-center the axle beneath the truck, supporting proper steering geometry and alignment after lifting.
