The Zone Offroad ZOND169F / ZOND169N 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit for 2025-up Dodge Ram 3500 4WD diesel trucks increases ground clearance, tire clearance, and suspension capability while maintaining stable on-road handling. The system combines progressive-rate front coil springs, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, a front track bar relocation bracket, extended sway bar links, brake line brackets, rear lift blocks, longer U-bolts, and matched front and rear shocks. Rear lift configurations include 2-inch blocks with overload springs, 2-inch blocks without overload springs, 3-inch blocks with overload springs, or 3-inch blocks without overload springs. ZOND169N kits include Zone Nitro Series front and rear shocks, while ZOND169F kits include FOX 2.0 Adventure Series front and rear shocks.

Progressive-rate front coil springs provide the additional front ride height while supporting the weight of the diesel-powered Ram 3500 and maintaining controlled suspension response across varying road and trail conditions. Heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets reposition the factory radius arms to restore more favorable operating angles at the increased ride height, helping maintain predictable handling and suspension movement. A track bar relocation bracket repositions the front track bar to help keep the axle centered beneath the truck, while extended sway bar links and brake line brackets accommodate the taller suspension configuration.

You can tailor rear suspension height with either 2-inch or 3-inch fabricated lift blocks to achieve the desired stance. Separate block configurations are available for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with factory overload springs and trucks without overload springs, allowing the rear suspension hardware to match the original leaf spring arrangement. Longer U-bolts secure the lifted rear axle and spring assembly, while matching rear shocks provide balanced damping performance from front to rear. The 4-inch suspension system provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires with properly configured wheels.

The ZOND169N configuration uses Zone Nitro Series shocks at all four corners, featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube construction and 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for controlled damping during daily driving, towing, and recreational off-road use. The ZOND169F configuration uses FOX 2.0 Adventure Series front and rear shocks with 2-inch steel monotube bodies, internal floating pistons, 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated shafts, high-flow pistons, and application-specific valving. With four available rear lift configurations and two complete shock packages, the ZOND169F / ZOND169N system can be configured around the factory rear spring setup, desired stance, and preferred level of suspension performance.
