Each arm is built from thick-wall steel tubing and precision-formed to maximize ground and tire clearance throughout suspension travel. At the axle end, BDS uses an OE-style polyurethane bushing to deliver long service life with improved isolation from noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). The frame end features a large forged flex end for added strength, durability, and increased off-road articulation.

The forged flex ends allow for on-vehicle length adjustment, making it easy to correctly position the front axle and dial in proper caster after lifting. With up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction, these control arms provide enhanced flex and traction on uneven terrain. Finished in a durable textured black powder coat, they’re built to handle demanding trail and daily-driving conditions alike.
