The BDS Suspension BDS1567FPE 5 inch Fox Coil-over 4-link arm lift kit for the Ford F250 / F350 with allow for use of up to 37 inch diameter tires. This awesome suspension system is designed to replace the front coil springs with Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Remote Reservoir Coil-overs and replace the factory radius arms with the BDS's 4-link arm conversion. This gives the truck great suspension performance along with better wheel travel, improved stability, strength and caster control. The front axle remains centered with the use a heavy duty track bar relocation bracket. A forged drop pitman arm maintains proper steering angles. In the rear the factory blocks are replaced by a pair of lift blocks (size depends on number of main leafs in OE leaf springs) that feature integrated bump stop wings along with e-coated extended u-bolts. Or upgrade to BDS GlideRide replacement rear leaf springs for improved traction and support. Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-overs w/DSC Remote Reservoirs - These top of the line adjustable coil-overs feature a 2.5 inch diameter CNC machined 6061-T6 hard anodized aluminum body that will resist rust and allow for excellent heat dispersion. The remote reservoir increases oil capacity and house the DSC (dual speed compression) adjuster knob. This allows you to to easily adapt your coil-overs ride softness or firmness to the current terrain and vehicle load by changing high-speed and low-speed compression settings with the turn of a dial. Ford 4-Link Long Arm UpgradeThis awesome upgrade replaces Ford factory radius arms with a 4-link long arm control arm system. | Important Notes1. Fits Diesel models only. 2. Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed. 3. If installed on a truck with a top mounted overload spring, with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" UBT4027 (Qty: 4) are required. 4. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper. 5. If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402. 6. Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models. 7. Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section. 8. Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups. 9. Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs. 10. Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle. (Safety Recall 21S31) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift. |
