The BDS Suspension BDS192FS/BDS192H 4.5-inch High Clearance lift kit for the GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD is a premium suspension upgrade that will allow for the use of up to 35-inch diameter tires. The high-arched crossmembers blend perfectly with the angle of the factory-installed lower control arms for a completely integrated look. This will greatly increase the ground clearance of the front crossmembers and improve operating geometry. A front differential skid plate comes standard for increased off-road protection. This complete suspension lift kit also comes with front and rear shock absorbers (choose between BDS NX2 or upgrade to the awesome Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks) and ductile steering knuckles correcting steering geometry to factory angles. A heavy duty front differential skid plate is also included for extreme off-road protection. The rear lift is accomplished with 3" lift blocks and extended ubolts. Features and Benefits:

Product Highlights Fox 2.0 Performance SeriesFox 2.0 Performance Series shocks are included in this kit or offered as an upgrade option. These awesome shocks feature a 2 inch clear anodized aluminum one-piece body. Designed as a gas mono-tube with an internal floating piston (IFP) that has application specific valving for great on and off-road performance.  GM High Clearance CrossmembersUtilized in this kit are high clearance crossmembers. These integrate with a heavy duty skid plate to form a solid sub-frame while dramatically increasing ground clearance at the front crossmebmers.  Steering KnucklesIncluded are two heavy duty steering knuckles. These CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles replace the lighter duty factory knuckles. Powder coated to survive the elements. Providing a safe and stable method to correct steering geometry on a lifted vehicle. |
| Important Notes1. Torsion Bar tool required to load/unload the torsion bars. 2. Some welding is required. 3. Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification. 4. Traction bars will not fit standard cab/short box models and are designed to work on vehicles with 4" to 8" of lift. 5. 20" wheels with 5" to 5-3/4" backspacing recommended to reduce trimming. 6. Gas models require exhaust modification. 7. Narrow track knuckle will slightly increase the turning radius. 8. For tail high stance use #119157 add-a-leaf with the block kit. 9. Does not fit dual rear wheel trucks. |
