6.5" 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD 4WD Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

BDS Suspension's BDS753H / BDS753FS High Clearance Lift Kit for the Chevy Silverado 2500HD / 3500HD 4WD will raise your vehicle 6.5 inches, allowing the use of 37-inch or 38-inch tires (depending on the installed wheels) to improve off-roading performance while maintaining great handling and ride quality.

This premium-quality suspension lift kit is built around a set of 1/4-inch-thick steel, laser-cut, high-clearance crossmembers designed to provide maximum clearance and a rock-solid mounting point for the factory lower control arms. A heavy-duty front skid plate connects the cross members while protecting steering and driveline components. Correct steering geometry is maintained using new ductile iron steering knuckles that keep the ESC system compatible. CV axle angles are minimized using a multi-point front differential relocation system. The rear end is lifted using 5-inch-tall axle blocks with extended ubolts.

Fox 2.0 Performance IFP Shocks (2-inch diameter aluminum body monotube gas), BDS NX2 Shocks (Nitro Gas), Fox 2.5 HTO Performance Series (2.5-inch diameter aluminum body), or Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Adjustable Shocks (2.5-inch diameter aluminum body with ride adjustment knobs) are included for the front and rear.

• Models with two-piece rear driveshafts will require a carrier bearing drop kit
• Factory 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled with up to a 35x12.50 tire
• In some cases vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front driveline vibration. If this occurs we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft
• Do not install this suspension system in conjunction with any type of torsion bar lift keys to achieve more that tested 6.5" lift height
• Need to select the proper rear overload option in order to receive proper length u-bolts.

• Compatible with standard models as well as AT4 models
• Some minor trim will be required with certain wheel/tire combination. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks. Trimming will normally included the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires will reduce/eliminate trimming required.
