5" 2020-2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

BDS Suspension's BDS766FS/BDS766H High Clearance Lift Kit for the GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD will raise your vehicle 6.5 inches, allowing the use of 37-inch or 35-inch tires (depending on the installed wheels) to improve off-roading performance while maintaining excellent handling and ride quality.

At the heart of this new 5" system, BDS utilizes a pair of 1/4" thick laser-cut high clearance crossmembers to maximize clearance and provide a solid mounting point for the OE lower control arms. These, paired with the heavy-duty front skid plate, create a rigid subframe while adding protection for vital steering and driveline components. In place of the factory steering knuckles, a pair of specially designed ductile iron replacement knuckles is supplied to maintain proper steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. The front differential is repositioned using BDS's multipoint relocation bracket system to secure the front differential and maintain optimal CV axle angles. To help maximaze clearance a pair of torsion bar relocations brackets are supplied to mount to the lower control arms to retain the factory high clearance frame mounted crossmember. A pair of BDS-branded sway bar drop brackets is used to correct the operating angle of the factory sway bar, along with extended-length braided stainless steel brake lines. 

In the rear of this 5" lift system are 3" lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance. Also included are BDS supplies, brake lines, and ABS line relocation brackets, which allow the use of factory brake lines.

Fox 2.0 Performance IFP Shocks (2-inch diameter aluminum body monotube gas), BDS NX2 Shocks (Nitro Gas), Fox 2.5 HTO Performance Series (2.5-inch diameter aluminum body), or Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Adjustable Shocks (2.5-inch diameter aluminum body with ride adjustment knobs) are included for the front and rear.

• Models with two-piece rear driveshafts will require a carrier bearing drop kit
• Factory 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled with up to a 35x12.50 tire
• In some cases vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front driveline vibration. If this occurs we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft
• Do not install this suspension system in conjunction with any type of torsion bar lift keys to achieve more that tested 6.5" lift height
• U-bolts will not work vehicles equipped with top-mounted overload springs or add-a-leafs.

• Some minor trim will be required with certain wheel/tire combination. This is normal with most aftermarket tire/wheel fitment on Chevy/GM trucks. Trimming will normally included the bottom edge of the inner fender shrouds and/or lower corner of front bumper valance. As a rule of thumb, deeper backspacing and shorter/narrower tires will reduce/eliminate trimming required.
