6" 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma 4wd Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

This BDS Suspension BDS823FS 6-inch lift kit for the Toyota Tacoma is a premium system that allows for the use of larger-diameter tires. Following BDS's proven design standards, the system utilizes full 1-piece front and rear cross members and precision-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in the mass and strength categories than the rather light-duty stock components.

The cross members are made of steel plate and have integrated differential mounts. These mounts work with the new differential mounts provided to properly drop and reposition the front differential for optimal CV and front driveshaft angles.

A new belly pan skid plate runs from the front to the rear cross member and integrates cleanly with the factory front skid/splash guard, protecting the whole package.

The factory front struts are retained, and the kit utilizes both a preload spacer and a top strut spacer to gain the proper lift height.

The rear of the kit comes with 4" blocks and u-bolts to level the truck and all of the necessary brake line relocation brackets needed.
