2.25" 2022-2026 Tundra Toyota 4wd Fox 3.0 Bypass Factory Race Series Coilover Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

This BDS Suspension BDS838FRS 2.25-inch lift kit for the Toyota Tundra is an ultra-premium system that allows for the use of larger diameter tires (up to 33 inches with no trimming or 35 inches with fender well trimming) while also improving on-road ride quality and giving off-road racing quality performance.

This system includes a pair of specially tuned Fox 3.0 Bypass Factory Race Series Coilovers, heavy-duty upper control arms, differential drop brackets, and aluminum sway bar drop blocks. In the rear, BDS supplies a set of dual-rate ProRide coil springs, providing 1 3/4" of lift to level out the truck, paired with rear 2.5 Performance Elite Series remote reservoir shocks with DSC.

Fox 3.0 Bypass Coilovers & Shocks

The Fox 3.0 Bypass Factory Race Series Coilovers and Shocks are an amazing suspension upgrade. The coilovers provide 2.25 inches of front lift while providing unmatched dampening performance. The internal bypass technology enables precise control over multiple damping zones, culminating in a ride that exudes comfort and confidence, particularly over challenging terrain. These innovative shocks apply force progressively, effectively mitigating hard bottom-outs and eliminating harsh top-outs, giving excellent performance in rough terrain at high speeds.

The coilovers and shocks feature a massive 3-inch diameter body made of 6061-T6 Type III anodized aluminum, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts and finned reservoirs with DSC adjusters.

DSC Adjusters

Each coilover and shock reservoir is equipped with a Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster that allows you to dial in high-speed and low-speed compression settings. With the DSC adjusters, you can swiftly tailor your shocks to suit different loads, environmental conditions, and your preferred driving style. Adjust is made simply by turning the low or speed dials to your desired settings (10 low-speed settings, 12 high-speed settings). Meanwhile, the high-flow piston ensures stability across various terrains. FOX shocks are meticulously engineered to accommodate multiple activities, allowing you to unlock your truck's full potential on your next adventure.

Heavy Duty UCAs

Also supplied as part of these complete 3" lift systems are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel and while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets. They use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality MOOG ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and better durability than arms that use heims and uniballs.
