The BDS BDS839FSL 5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit for 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra 4WD models is a complete high-clearance suspension system designed to increase ground clearance, tire clearance, and off-road capability while maintaining controlled on-road handling. The system combines FOX 2.0 Performance Series front coilovers and rear shocks with heavy-duty crossmembers, differential relocation components, steering knuckles, skid plates, sway bar correction, rear Pro-Ride coil springs, track bar correction, and supporting suspension hardware.

The front suspension uses a high-clearance crossmember design constructed from heavy-duty 1/4-inch steel to reposition key suspension mounting points while maintaining favorable geometry at the increased ride height. Differential relocation brackets help correct CV axle and driveline angles, while CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles maintain proper steering geometry. High-strength tie rod ends support precise steering response, and a full-width multi-piece skid plate system adds protection beneath critical front drivetrain components.

At the rear, BDS Pro-Ride coil springs provide the additional ride height while maintaining progressive spring response, suspension travel, and load support. A rear track bar relocation bracket helps keep the axle properly positioned beneath the truck, while extended sway bar links and rear control arm correction brackets restore more favorable suspension geometry at the increased height.
