2.5" 2005-2007 Ford F250/F350 4wd (w/Diesel Engine) Pathfinder System by Carli Suspension

The Carli Pathfinder 2.5" Leveling System (CS-FLVL-PF-05) is engineered for Ford Super Duty owners who want exceptional on-road comfort with confident light-to-moderate off-road capability. Positioned between Carli’s Backcountry and Pintop systems, the Pathfinder delivers a smooth, controlled ride that removes fatigue from daily driving while still performing when the pavement ends.

This system levels the front approximately 2.5" using Carli front coil springs and dramatically improves ride quality with Carli-SPEC 2.5" remote reservoir shocks. Featuring hard-anodized aluminum bodies, increased oil volume, and Carli’s custom valving, these shocks provide excellent heat management, consistent damping, and long service intervals—ideal for highway miles, rough roads, and light off-road use.

To maintain proper suspension geometry and steering feel, the Pathfinder includes an adjustable front track bar, and caster shims to recenter the axle and restore alignment at ride height. Stainless steel brake lines ensure safe operation through the system’s increased suspension travel.

Designed as the perfect middle ground for Super Duty owners, the Pathfinder offers a plush, composed ride without requiring aggressive driving to feel the benefits. It’s an ideal solution for drivers who prioritize comfort and control on the road but still want their suspension to come alive off pavement.

In the rear Carli gives you variety of choices to lift or not lift the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear, however for a level ride you will want to choose between the Carli progressive rate 1" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload, but for F250 only) or the Carli Full Progressive Rate 1" lift Rear Leaf Springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality while reducing load capacity to a light 3/4 ton spec.
