This Carli Suspension CS-FLVL-PT25-17 3.5 inch Pintop lift system for the Ford F250 / F350 4wd diesel models is a ultra premium lift kit that will lift your vehicle enough to fit up to 37 inch x 12.5 inch tires (w/trimming). Using custom tuned King 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks this kit is perfect for Ford owners wanting the best ride quality and off-roading performance. Excellent during on-road, highway, towing/hauling along with slow to high speed off road use.
Featured in this lift kit system are 3.5 inch lift front coil springs that have a slightly reduced linear rate for better ride comfort. Paired with the coil springs are King 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks. These custom Carli King shocks use a unique 17-4 stainless shaft that is machined and polished. Meaning there is no finish or coating to wear off. The 2.5 inch diameter body houses a custom piston designed for heavy-duty truck models. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions.
To keep the front axle centered properly an adjustable front track bar is included. In typical Carli fashion this bar has features that are not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8 inch DOM construction that allow for use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with a huge 1" shank.
Completing the front-end enhancements, this package incorporates Caster Shims to enhance steering responsiveness. Additionally, a custom High-Clearance Bump Stop Drop is provided to ensure the springs maintain proper clearance from the factory bump stop.
In the rear Carli gives you variety of choices to lift or not lift the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear, however for a level ride you will want to choose between the Carli progressive rate 1" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload, but for F250 only) or the Carli Full Progressive Rate 1" lift Rear Leaf Springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality while reducing load capacity to a light 3/4 ton spec.

Required Sway Bar Selection - While Carli does not include a front sway bar correction in this kit it is required to install this lift kit properly. The drop bracket kit works great as a more economical solution. However, for truck owners wanting a HUGE improvement in ride quality the Carli Torsion Sway Bar is your solution and is an amazing upgrade. Designed to allow the front suspension to move more freely without giving up control.
Important Notes1. This kit is not compatible with the ONBOARD SCALES/SMART HITCH. Modifying the ride height or spring rate will interfere with this system’s performance.
2. Will lift Tremor models 1.5 inches
3. Note: While this kit can purchased without a rear lift method this system will not achieve a proper rear high stance without the installation of the add-a-pack or progressive leaf springs; it will sit slightly rear low with no rear option added. Add-a-packs only recommended for F250 models. Add-a-Packs are NOT recommended for the F350 (or any F250 equipped with the High Capacity Tow or Tremor Package)
4. Recommend 17”-18” wheels, no more than 9” wide with 5.5” of backspacing with Carli Fabricated Radius Arms or 5” Backspacing with factory arms.
5. It is not advisable to use factory wheels with oversized tires, as this can lead to issues such as rubbing against the radius arm, sway bar, and, most importantly, the brake lines.
