Tundra 2022-2026 Toyota 4WD - Front Differential Drop Kit by Cognito

The Cognito Front Differential Drop Kit (135-91300) is designed for 2022–up Toyota Tundra 4WD owners running a Cognito 3" leveling kit (or similar). When lifting the front of a 4WD Tundra, CV axle operating angles increase, which can accelerate wear — especially under moderate-to-heavy 4WD use.

This kit lowers the front differential approximately 3/4 inch, improving CV axle angles and reducing strain on drivetrain components. While suitable for light 4WD use without modification, trucks that see frequent off-road use or demanding 4WD conditions will benefit significantly from this upgrade.

Factory Tundra CV axles use a tri-pod style design that is less robust than the upgraded red or silver axles found on TRD Off-Road and Pro models. For customers who use 4WD extensively, Cognito recommends pairing this differential drop kit with upgraded red or silver CV axles for maximum durability.

Finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat to resist corrosion, this kit is engineered for a clean, factory-style installation with no cutting or welding required.
