The shock features a 2.5-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body with a durable Type III hard-anodized coating that resists corrosion and wear in demanding environments. An external reservoir increases oil capacity and improves heat management, helping reduce harshness caused by nitrogen pressure ramp-up during aggressive driving conditions.

Equipped with Dual Speed Compression Evolution (DSC EVO) adjusters, this shock allows independent tuning of both high-speed and low-speed compression damping. Variable Valve Control (VVC) technology enables high-speed compression adjustments without adding preload to the shim stack, improving resistance to large impacts while maintaining excellent small-bump sensitivity.
