ICON Vehicle Dynamics 168507 Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Pack is a premium upgrade for the Ford F250/F350 Super Duty, designed to enhance the ride comfort while maintaining load and tow capacities on your vehicle. This pack will replace and improve the center leaves of the stock leaf spring pack while retaining the factory main leaf. By preserving the factory main leaf, this pack ensures a cost-effective solution that simplifies installation. Complete removal of the leaf spring main leaf from the spring hanger and shackle is unnecessary. Additionally, the pack includes extra leaves that are specifically designed to optimize the ride quality and minimize axle wrap when compared to lift blocks.

Important Notes
  • TECH NOTE: Depending on year and block configuration installer must use the appropriate U-bolts (not included in kit)
  • TECH NOTE: When installing in conjunction with 2.5-3" front lift ICON recommends replacing OE rear blocks with 1" rear blocks (ICON part # 191201) and 12" U-bolts (ICON part #s 37004 or 67004, depending on year). 2" bump stop spacers will also be required (ICON part # 64037). Most F-250s will net .5" of rear lift over stock while most F-350s will net rear ride height .5" lower than stock.
  • TECH NOTE: Not recommended for Ford F-350 with dual real wheels
  • TECH NOTE: Sold as single leaf spring expansion pack (qty of 2 required per vehicle)
