The Stage 7 setup comprises vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coil-over shocks equipped with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs, providing a responsive and smooth ride across various terrains. These remote reservoirs significantly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation area, effectively countering overheating and cavitation during demanding use, thereby preventing damper fade. Moreover, these coil-overs offer height adjustability ranging from 1.25 to 3 inches of front lift height over stock, enabling the installation of larger wheel and tire combinations for a more aggressive look and enhanced performance. Integrating front differential drop brackets and specially designed coilover lengths maximizes front suspension travel while preventing CV bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings also replace soft OE bushings, minimizing differential movement under heavy loads.

The package includes the ICON tubular upper control arm kit, meticulously crafted to optimize the 2024 Toyota Tacoma's overall performance. This kit corrects front-end geometry, incorporates an additional caster, and enhances suspension component clearance. By replacing the OE ball joint with the ICON Delta Joint PRO, full bump and droop travel of the front suspension are achieved, eliminating any binding issues.
