The K3298TS Toyota Tacoma suspension systems from ICON Vehicle Dynamics are meticulously crafted for top-tier performance and dedicated drivers. Engineered to maximize wheel travel and damping ability, they ensure exceptional vehicle control and ride quality across various terrains. This Stage 8 system features specially tuned 2.5 Series coil-over shocks equipped with CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) remote reservoirs alongside ICON-engineered coil springs, providing an unmatched "feel" throughout the suspension's range of motion. The remote reservoirs significantly enhance shock oil volume and heat dissipation, preventing overheating and cavitation even under rigorous use, thus mitigating damper fade. Featuring ICON CDC Valves and externally adjustable valves that restrict oil flow into the reservoir, these coil-overs offer ten compression-damping force ranges. Moreover, they are height adjustable, offering a lift range of 1.25-3 inches over stock, enabling larger and more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Integrating front differential drop brackets and specifically designed coilover lengths optimizes front suspension travel while preventing CV bind. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings also replace soft OE bushings, minimizing differential movement under load. The Stage 8 system includes an ICON tubular upper control arm kit to enhance overall performance by correcting front-end geometry, increasing caster, and improving suspension component clearance. Replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO enables full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The system's rear triple-rate coil design offers softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate, ensuring comfort and exceptional off-road performance. ICON's tubular rear lower links feature dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other, providing optimal articulation while dampening road noise and vibrations. Furthermore, the system includes 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones, enhancing shock damping ability and featuring vehicle-specific valving for balanced performance.
