Components
Cylinders
These stabilizers feature the FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP smooth body steering stabilizer cylinders. Using proven damping technology that will improve steering control and handling, especially on models with oversized tires and in off-road conditions. Made from a 2-inch CNC machined aluminum one-piece body, 5/8 inch chrome plated shaft and an internal IFP reservoir these Fox cylinders are a premium steering upgrade.
Brackets
Heavy-duty application-specific steel brackets are included to effectively handle the constant strain and wear on the front-end. These brackets consist of a center bracket that is mounted to the front axle using U-bolt clamps, along with two outer brackets that are installed around the tie-rod on both driver and passenger sides.
Types
Fox OEM Replacement Stabilizer
These replacement stabilizers are designed for simple installation and a good suspension performance boost. Made to replace the factory stabilizer by utilizing the original mounting points and hardware. This makes for a simple bolt-on installation with no hassle or fuss. Great for models that are equipped with 33-inch diameter or smaller tires.
Fox Dual Stabilizer
A dual steering stabilizer by Fox consists of two steering stabilizer cylinders that will generally mount across the front end more commonly known as inline. A heavy steel center bracket is where the two cylinders meet. This center bracket mounts around the front axle using a pair of u-bolts. Outer brackets clamp around the tie-rod on both the driver and passenger sides. Once installed these dual stabilizers provide a great deal of damping for your steering. For models with 35-inch diameter tires and above this provides the best solution for eliminating or controlling vibrations and or bump steer.
Fox ATS Stabilizer
The ATS Fox stabilizer is a high-performance steering upgrade that uses a unique Adjustable Through Shaft (ATS). This eliminates a common issue found in traditional stabilizers which causes increased pressure inside the stabilizer which can adversely affect steering response. The ATS shaft design eliminates the liquid displacement when turning left or right. An external piggyback reservoir equipped with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) increases fluid capacity to eliminate cavitation. Customize the stabilizer's damping with the 24-position external adjustment knob. This gives you control of your steering responsiveness based on driving style and current terrain conditions.
