Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2011-2019 GMC Xtreme-Duty Fabricated A-Arm Control Arms by ReadyLift

The ReadyLift 67-35160 Xtreme-Duty Fabricated Upper Control Arm Kit is engineered to provide superior strength, durability, and suspension performance for 2011–2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2WD and 4WD trucks. Originally developed for ReadyLIFT’s popular 3" SST Lift Kit, these heavy-duty fabricated arms are also available separately for trucks that already have a leveling kit or suspension lift installed.

Constructed from laser-cut and CNC-bent .125" 4130 chromoly plate steel, these fabricated control arms deliver exceptional strength while maintaining precise suspension geometry. The design includes corrected pivot cups to properly position the ball joint in lifted applications, improving articulation and ensuring proper operating angles for leveled or lifted trucks.

Each arm is equipped with 1-ton spring-loaded high-angle HD ball joints designed to handle the added stress of larger aftermarket wheels and tires while maintaining factory-like driving characteristics. To help protect the joints from road debris such as salt, sand, and dirt, the ball joints are capped with CNC-machined billet aluminum protective caps that extend service life.

The frame-side pivots utilize ReadyLIFT’s proprietary TCT pivot bushings, engineered to be maintenance-free and self-lubricating for long-term reliability. The free-floating bushing design eliminates friction—one of the most common causes of traditional bushing failure—while integrated “side biter” washers help maintain proper alignment settings under load.

Finished in a rugged anthracite gray powder coat with a stainless steel ReadyLIFT badge, these control arms provide both corrosion resistance and a premium appearance under the truck. Designed for durability and performance, the ReadyLIFT Xtreme-Duty UCAs set a new standard for upper control arms in the GM HD market.
