The ReadyLIFT 69-1242 4.5" SST Lift Kit is a complete bolt-on suspension solution designed to deliver increased ride height, improved stance, and enhanced capability for 2014–2018 Ram 2500 4WD trucks. Engineered to maintain factory ride quality and handling, this system offers one of the fastest and most cost-effective ways to achieve a properly lifted truck.

This kit provides approximately 4.5" of front lift and 2.5" of rear lift, creating a level and aggressive stance while allowing clearance for up to 37" tires. The front lift is achieved using heavy-duty fabricated steel coil spring spacers with a durable black e-coated finish designed to resist corrosion and maintain ride height over time, while retaining the factory front coil springs.

To ensure proper suspension geometry and ride quality, the kit includes radius arm drop brackets and a track bar relocation bracket, correcting caster and axle positioning after lifting. Additional components such as shock extensions, sway bar links, bump stop extensions, and sway bar spacers ensure proper suspension function throughout the full range of travel.

In the rear, OEM-style cast lift blocks are used to raise the vehicle while maintaining load capacity and durability. This no-modification-required system installs easily and provides the clearance and performance needed for both daily driving and off-road use.
