4" 1980-1996 Ford F150 4WD Lift Kit by Rough Country

The Rough Country 465.20 / 52030 4 inch lift kit for the Ford F-150 in the 1980 to 1996 year range is an affordable and very solid suspension upgrade to allow fitmet of up to 33 inch diameter tires.  Built around high quality, durable front coil springs that do not sacrifice ride quality. Axle pivot brackets, radius arm drop brackets and a drop pitman keep proper front end geometry and angles. The rear is lifted with either axle blocks or new double tapered leaf springs.
