Skyjacker’s F11802K 8.5-inch 4-Link Conversion System redefines suspension performance for Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD gas trucks. Designed to replace OEM radius arm mounts, this system features upper and lower adjustable Flex Links, formed from 2-inch OD x 0.250-inch wall DOM tubing, providing robust strength and on-road tuning with precise caster adjustability. The Flex Links feature forked clevis ends at the axle and 1-1/4” forged rod ends with rubber-encased bushings at the upper mount for long-lasting durability and articulation.

At the heart of this upgrade is Skyjacker’s Softride® Variable Rate Coil Spring technology, which delivers smooth ride quality, extended spring life, and maximum wheel travel. A heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket anchors the axle alignment under stress, while sway bar drop brackets, bump stop spacers, and brake line extensions ensure full suspension functionality without compromising control.

To level the stance and boost rear support, the kit includes a 5.5-inch rear block and U-bolt set with Softride® Add-A-Leaf springs. Additional components like e-brake relocation brackets, rear stainless brake lines, bump stop spacers, and exhaust hanger brackets ensure proper installation and clearance throughout the suspension cycle.
