Skyjacker's F11852KS 8.5-inch 4-Link Conversion System for the Super Duty 4WD Diesel is a comprehensive suspension upgrade engineered for serious performance both on and off the road. This system replaces factory radius arms with integrated drop brackets and heavy-duty upper and lower adjustable Flex Links, crafted from robust 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing. These adjustable control arms enable precise caster alignment, enhancing handling and ride stability.

Built for durability and performance, the Flex Links feature a forked clevis lower mount and a 1-1/4” forged rod end with a rubber-encased bushing at the upper bracket. Skyjacker’s Softride Variable Rate Coil Springs and leaf springs provide a smoother ride, maximum wheel travel, and enhanced load distribution, with Teflon wear pads to reduce friction between the leaves. A heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket secures the front crossmember and maintains axle alignment under high stress. The system also includes sway bar drop brackets, bump stop spacers, brake line extensions, and a steering stabilizer relocation bracket to maintain optimal geometry and drivability.

For damping, the ADX 2.0 Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks deliver superior control and responsiveness with nitrogen-charged Internal Floating Piston Technology, making them ideal for both high-speed and low-speed off-road conditions. Additional upgrades include rear block and U-bolt kit, e-brake relocation, stainless steel brake lines, and exhaust hanger brackets for a complete, performance-ready suspension system.
