The TeraFlex 1155600 3.5-Inch RT3 Suspension System with Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Coilover Shocks for 2021-up Ford Bronco 2-door and 4-door models is a complete performance suspension system engineered to improve ride quality, suspension travel, articulation, and on- and off-road control. Providing 3.5 inches of lift with clearance for up to 37-inch tires, the RT3 system combines TeraFlex IR control arm technology, forged front upper control arms, long-travel rear suspension components, and Bronco-specific Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust coilovers. The complete system is designed as a bolt-on installation with no welding required.

TeraFlex Independent Rotation (IR) Control Arms are central to the RT3 suspension system. The proprietary IR bushings minimize the bind commonly created as traditional control arm bushings move through increased suspension travel, allowing the suspension to articulate more freely while reducing stress and wear. Forged front upper control arms use IR bushings and heavy-duty adjustable ball joints to support precise steering and alignment control at increased ride height. In the rear, adjustable upper IR control arms and lower IR arms work with the factory mounting brackets, while high-clearance rear lower spring carriers provide the clearance and range of motion needed for increased off-road suspension travel.

Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Coilover Shocks

Falcon 3.5-inch Series 3.3 Fast Adjust Coilover Shocks provide Bronco-specific damping and ride tuning to balance everyday comfort with demanding off-road performance. Fast Adjust tuning lets you adjust damping characteristics to better suit driving conditions, terrain, and how you use the vehicle. The coilovers also incorporate 4,000-psi internal hydraulic bump stops that add damping near the end of suspension compression, helping control hard impacts and dramatically reduce harsh bottoming on unexpected terrain. Quiet, positive shock mounting-point bearings further support controlled suspension operation with reduced unwanted noise.

The complete RT3 system is engineered to maximize usable suspension travel while retaining predictable handling and stability on the road. Maintenance-free suspension components, reduced bushing bind, application-specific Falcon tuning, and increased ground and tire clearance make the system suitable for Broncos that see a combination of daily driving and serious trail use. The system accommodates up to 37-inch tires with minor trimming. The crash bar mounting bracket requires slight trimming for clearance at full steering lock with 37-inch tires, and the front of the rock slider must be trimmed approximately 7/8 inch. The system is not compatible with Ford Bronco Raptor or Bronco Sport models.
