ZOND149LN / D150LN 6" IFS Lift Kit improves ground clearance, stance, and off-road capability on Ram 1500 trucks while maintaining ride quality and factory driving characteristics. Designed specifically for the latest Ram platform, this system provides the clearance needed for larger tires while correcting suspension, steering, and driveline geometry for balanced on-road and off-road performance.

This kit includes front-loaded struts and rear Zone Nitro Series shocks, delivering a complete suspension solution that maintains consistent damping and ride comfort. The front struts are engineered to achieve proper lift height while retaining factory ride characteristics, and the rear coil springs provide a level stance without compromising load capacity.

High-strength CNC-machined steering knuckles are included to correct steering angles and improve durability, while a heavy-duty differential skid plate adds critical protection for off-road driving. The system is designed to maintain proper geometry across all suspension components, resulting in improved handling, reduced wear, and increased confidence on both the highway and the trail.

Important Notes
  • Fits models with 3.0L Hurricane I6, 3.6L V6, and 5.7L V8 engines.
  • Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option. Reference build code DSK-P.
  • Vehicles equipped with the OffRoad Group option require special steps, similar to those on the Ram 1500 Rebel. To find out if your truck is equipped with the Off-Road Group, call your local Ram dealer, provide your VIN, and ask if they can pull your window sticker. In the “Optional Equipment” section, there will be a line item labeled “Off-Road Group” if your truck is equipped with it.
  • RAMs with factory 22" wheels require the larger bore knuckles due to the larger wheel bearing assembly. Reference build code WPM or WPZ.
  • Stock 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference.
  • Stock 20s and 22s can be reinstalled with the factory tire size.
  • This kit will NOT work on Diesel models.
  • Does NOT work for models with factory airbag suspension.
  • If installing the 6" kit on a Rebel or truck equipped with an "off-road group package," the truck will sit roughly 1/2" front high with the preload spacer installed. If the preload spacer isn't installed, the truck will sit about 3/8" nose low.
  • Disconnect BOTH batteries (if equipped), Main and Auxiliary before performing install, more details in instructions.
  • Bumper Spacer Kit (ZOND5802) recommended for additional tire-to-fender clearance. Sold separately.
  • IF USING 18IN AFTERMARKET WHEELS WITH 4.5IN BACKSPACING, TEST FIT WHEELS ON VEHICLE BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES TO ENSURE CLEARANCE
