The Zone Offroad ZONT16N / ZONT16F 3.25-Inch Suspension Lift Kit for 2022-up Toyota Tundra 4WD models increases ground clearance, improves tire clearance, and creates a more aggressive stance while retaining the factory front strut assemblies. The system combines front lift components with heavy-duty Zone upper control arms and rear suspension hardware to provide approximately 3.25 inches of lift while maintaining proper alignment and suspension geometry. ZONT16N kits include Zone Nitro Series rear shocks, while ZONT16F kits include FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks.
Heavy-duty Zone cast upper control arms replace the factory front arms and are engineered to provide increased suspension travel at the taller ride height. Revised ball joint positioning helps maintain favorable operating angles while supporting proper alignment and controlled suspension movement. The lift system retains the OEM front struts, preserving familiar ride characteristics while adding the front height needed for larger tires and increased ground clearance.
The 3.25-inch front suspension height creates additional clearance beneath the Tundra and allows fitment of up to 35-inch tires with properly configured wheels. Front and rear 1.75-inch lift components work together to create a balanced stance while maintaining predictable handling for daily driving and recreational off-road use. The combination of corrected upper control arm geometry and factory front strut retention provides a straightforward suspension upgrade for Tundra builds focused on improved clearance, larger tires, and increased trail capability.
The ZONT16N configuration includes Zone Nitro Series rear shocks featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube construction and 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for responsive suspension control across changing road and trail conditions. The ZONT16F configuration includes FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks with 2-inch steel monotube bodies, internal floating pistons, 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated shafts, race-developed high-flow pistons, and application-specific valving. These two rear shock packages pair with the lift system to match different ride and damping preferences.

Important Notes
TRD Sports will achieve the same amount of lift but will have a lower stance than other models in the front
Will not work with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) System-equipped vehicles
Will not work with Air Ride models
Will not work with TRD Pro models
For regular off-road use, it is recommended to upgrade non-TRD off-road trucks' half axles (CVs) to Toyota TRD's (Driver Part# 434200C020, Passenger Part# 434100C020. Not including TRD Pro models.
The ADAS system in some vehicles needs to be recalibrated by a certified shop. The vehicle may warn the driver of potential collisions from low bridges, overhead signs/wires, and signs in windy conditions. Most windshield repair shops (Safelite) and dealers can do this.
