3.5" 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra 4WD Adventure Series UCA Lift Kit (w/Loaded Front Struts & Rear Shocks) by Zone

Zone Off-Road ZONT6LN Suspension Lift Kit improves ground clearance, suspension travel, and overall performance on 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra trucks while maintaining factory ride quality and drivability. Designed to work with the factory suspension architecture, this system enhances off-road capability without sacrificing daily comfort.

At the core of this kit are heavy-duty boxed upper control arms constructed from 1/8" steel with CNC-machined ball joints and bushing cups. These Adventure Series control arms feature a repositioned ball joint mount to increase suspension travel while eliminating binding and premature wear. Pre-installed MOOG ball joints and factory-style rubber bushings provide quiet operation, durability, and low maintenance performance.

This configuration includes pre-assembled Zone Nitro-loaded front struts paired with Zone Nitro Series rear shocks, providing a complete and balanced suspension setup with consistent damping and a straightforward bolt-on installation. Additional components, including differential drop spacers, sway bar relocation brackets, and bump stop relocation, ensure proper suspension geometry and maintain optimal CV axle angles for long-term reliability.

In the rear, replacement shackles provide approximately 1" of lift to level the vehicle’s stance while maintaining load capacity and ride stability. Finished with a durable black powder coat, this system is built for long-term use in both on-road and off-road environments.
