3.5" 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 4WD Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

Transform the capability and stance of your midsize truck with the BDS 1545FPE / 1906FPE 3.5" Coilover Lift Kit for 2019–2023 Ford Ranger. Designed to deliver strength, performance, and comfort, this system equips your Ranger with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks featuring DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjusters, allowing you to dial in ride quality and damping for any terrain. With clearance for up to 33" tires, this kit balances aggressive off-road capability with daily-driver refinement.

Up front, the system includes steel top-mount strut spacers, preload spacers, differential relocation brackets, and tubular upper control arms (UCAs) engineered for improved geometry and strength. In the rear, heavy-duty lift shackles and custom-tuned FOX shocks complete the package, giving you the confidence to push harder off-road while maintaining smooth on-road handling.

To maintain proper drivetrain angles, the front differential is repositioned with relocation brackets that also allow use of the factory front skid plates. Heavy-duty steering knuckles and high-clearance crossmembers correct suspension geometry while improving ground clearance and ensuring full compatibility with Ford’s ESC system. Like all BDS systems, this kit is Made in the USA and built to take on the toughest conditions.

DSC Adjustment

The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-overs are equipped with DSC adjusters, providing independent tuning of low-speed (10 levels) and high-speed (12 levels) compression damping. Adjustment is quick and easy with clearly marked knobs that offer immediate feedback, allowing you to tailor ride comfort for on-road cruising or dial in aggressive damping for demanding off-road terrain.

HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs)

Built for strength and increased suspension travel, the included UCAs use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular steel construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct joint positioning for added down travel and proper camber adjustment. At the frame end, maintenance-free rubber bushings absorb noise and vibration, while the outer end uses a greaseable premium ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and long-term durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with billet aluminum dust caps, ready for bolt-on installation right out of the box.

Choose from  Fox 2.0 Performance IFP Shocks (2-inch diameter aluminum body monotube gas), or Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Adjustable Shocks (2.5-inch diameter aluminum body with ride adjustment knobs), which are included for the rear.

OE Knuckle Type

Ford Rangers from 2019–2023 may be equipped with either cast steel or aluminum steering knuckles. These configurations use different ball joints, so be sure to verify which knuckle your Ranger has before ordering. Reference our help images during kit selection to ensure proper fitment.
