The BDS Suspension BDS1832FPE 3 Coil-Over Lift Kit for the GMC Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD trucks is a premium system that eliminates the factory torsion bar suspension and replaces them with Fox 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir DSC coilovers. The Fox Coil-Overs significantly improve suspension dampening for on and off-road conditions while achieving an excellent ride for your daily commute and allowing fitment of up to 35-inch diameter tires.

The Fox coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box to provide optimal performance. They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and include bolt-on reservoir mounting brackets. These coilovers feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, and black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts.

Control Arms

Included in this kit are new upper and lower control arms. These control arms are designed for robustness, performance, and enhanced suspension travel. The upper arms feature a 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular design, equipped with an indexed ball joint cup for precise ball joint placement, enabling increased downward travel and camber adjustment. The new lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel, fully boxed and internally gusseted. They incorporate durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounts for maintenance-free operation, while high-quality greaseable ball joints at the other end ensure smooth, quiet operation and exceptional durability. Finished in a durable black powder coat and equipped with a billet aluminum dust cap, these arms are ready for seamless installation straight out of the box.

Performance Elite DSC Adjusters

Each coilover and shock reservoir is equipped with a Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster that allows you to dial in high-speed and low-speed compression settings. With the DSC adjusters, you can swiftly tailor your shocks to suit different loads, environmental conditions, and your preferred driving style. Adjust is made simply by turning the low or speed dials to your desired settings (10 low-speed settings, 12 high-speed settings). Meanwhile, the high-flow piston ensures stability across various terrains. FOX shocks are meticulously engineered to accommodate multiple activities, allowing you to unlock your truck's full potential on your next adventure.

Additional Components

Multipiece differential relocation brackets to are included maintain correct CV angles. Extended sway bar links keep the factory sway bar from binding. In the rear, BDS offers the choice of no blocks or 2" rear blocks and a U-bolt kit to level the truck. To compliment the performance in the front, this system includes precision-tuned FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series gas shocks in the rear or optional 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir adjustable shocks.

All this components combine to provide a complete suspension system designed to improve handling, ride comfort and off-road capabilities.
