The BDS Suspension BDS2203H / 2203FS 5-inch lift kit is a great method to lift your Ford F250 / F350 to allow for up to 37-inch diameter tires. These replacement arms are far superior to the factory-stamped steel units, built around heavy-duty radius arms that use 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets. Featuring a high clearance design for extra ground clearance and is formed inward to allow for additional clearance of oversized tires. The arms correct the caster angle by bolting into the factory mounting points and repositioning the front axle. BDS Pro-Ride front coil springs lift the front end 5 inches while maintaining performance and ride quality. A forged drop pitman arm corrects steering angles, along with a supplied integrated drag link flip. The front axle remains centered with the use of a 1/4" thick heavy-duty track bar drop bracket. Also included for the front suspension is a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line relocation brackets, and an NX2 series steering stabilizer with a mounting bracket. In the rear, the factory blocks are replaced by a pair of 4.5-inch lift blocks that feature integrated bump-stop wings and e-coated extended U-bolts. Features and Benefits:

| Important Notes1. Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303. 2 .Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed. 3. Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper. 4. If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402. 5. Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models. 6. Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section. 7. Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups. 8. Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs. 9. Trucks without top mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028. 10. Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option. |
