3" 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 4wd (w/Diesel Engine) Backcountry Lift System by Carli Suspension

The Carli Suspension CS-D3-BC-CS-03-D 3-inch Backcountry lift system for Dodge Ram 2500 4WD diesel models is a premium lift kit that raises your vehicle enough to accommodate up to 37-inch x 12.5-inch tires. It is perfect for Ram owners who want the best ride quality during on-road, highway, towing, hauling, and slow to mid-speed off-road use.

This lift system features 3-inch lift front coil springs with a slightly reduced multi-rate for better ride comfort. Carli SPEC 2.0 Performance Series Remote Resi shock absorbers are paired with the coil springs. These shocks use a 2" diameter 6063 aluminum anodized body for corrosion resistance and excellent heat dispersion. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions. 5/8-inch diameter hardened steel, chrome-plated shafts are also used.

An adjustable front track bar is included to keep the front axle appropriately centered. In typical Carli fashion, this bar has features not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8-inch DOM construction that allows for the use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with a huge 1" shank.

In the rear, Carli offers a variety of choices for lifting or not lifting the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear; however, for a level ride, you will want to choose between the Carli progressive rate 1" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload) or the Carli progressive rate 1" lift leaf springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality, while reducing load capacity to a 3/4-ton specification.
