4.5" 2008-2010 Ford F250/F350 4wd (w/Diesel Engine) Pathfinder System by Carli Suspension

The Carli Pathfinder 4.5" Leveling System (CS-F45-PF-08) is engineered for Ford Super Duty owners who want exceptional on-road comfort with confident light-to-moderate off-road capability. Positioned between Carli’s Backcountry and Pintop systems, the Pathfinder delivers a smooth, controlled ride that removes fatigue from daily driving while still performing when the pavement ends.

This system lifts the front approximately 4.5" using Carli front coil springs and dramatically improves ride quality with Carli-SPEC 2.5" remote reservoir shocks. Featuring hard-anodized aluminum bodies, increased oil volume, and Carli’s custom valving, these shocks provide excellent heat management, consistent damping, and long service intervals—ideal for highway miles, rough roads, and light off-road use.

Radius arm drop brackets lower the factory radius arms, which rotate the axle back to factory angles to maintain proper caster and geometry. Made from 1/4-inch cold-rolled steel, these heavy-duty brackets provide a solid link between the arms and chassis.

To keep the front axle centered properly, an adjustable front track bar is included. In typical Carli fashion, this bar features not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8 inch DOM construction that allows for the use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with a huge 1" shank.

Completing the front-end enhancements, this package incorporates Caster Shims to enhance steering responsiveness. Additionally, a custom High-Clearance Bump Stop Drop is provided to ensure the springs maintain proper clearance from the factory bump stop.

In the rear, Carli offers you a variety of options for lifting or not lifting the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear; however, for a level ride, you will want to choose between the Carli progressive rate 3" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload, but for F250 only) or the Carli Full Progressive Rate 3" lift Rear Leaf Springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality while reducing load capacity to a light 3/4 ton spec.

Optional Upgrades - While not required, Carli Suspension offers additional components to further enhance ride quality and / or performance of this leveling system. 

Required Sway Bar Selection - While Carli does not include a front sway bar correction in this kit it is required to install this lift kit properly. The drop bracket kit is a great, more economical solution.
