The Cognito 110-91365 Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm Kit for 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD trucks is a premium front suspension upgrade engineered to improve suspension geometry, alignment capability, and strength on stock and modified HD applications. Precision-machined from 6061 billet aluminum, these upper control arms provide a lightweight yet exceptionally strong design while adding independent camber and caster adjustability through heavy-duty 7/8-inch FK rod ends. The arms are also designed to optimize ball joint operating angles throughout suspension travel and are compatible with ZR2 applications.

At the frame pivots, PTFE-lined 7/8-inch FK rod ends provide precise suspension movement and allow camber and caster to be adjusted for more accurate front-end alignment. Each control arm is CNC-machined from billet 6061 aluminum and finished with a durable black anodized coating for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean appearance. The combination of billet construction and adjustable rod ends creates a strong, responsive suspension component suited for both on-road and off-road use.

At the steering knuckle, Cognito Delta Pro ball joints combine increased articulation with a sealed, greaseable design built for demanding environments. Their metal-on-metal construction provides strength and durability, while a zinc-plated protective housing, grease seal, and O-ring-sealed dust cap help prevent dirt, moisture, and other contaminants from reaching the joint. The Delta Pro design provides greater articulation than a conventional ball joint while avoiding the exposed design commonly associated with traditional uniballs. All required installation hardware and instructions are included.
