The Cognito 110-P1351 3" Performance Leveling Kit is engineered to maximize the front suspension performance of 2020–up GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks. This kit optimizes suspension geometry, droop travel, and ride quality while delivering a clean, leveled stance.

Unlike traditional leveling kits that sacrifice suspension performance, Cognito focuses on increasing usable front droop travel. By combining longer vehicle-specific shocks with torsion bar keys, this system converts additional droop travel into ride height while still maintaining approximately 3 inches of droop travel. The result is a leveled truck with improved suspension movement and ride quality that is often better than stock.

The system includes Cognito 2.0 Internal Floating Piston (IFP) aluminum shocks tuned specifically for these trucks. The properly sized front shocks act as the droop limiter and allow approximately 35% more front wheel droop travel compared to stock, improving ride comfort, suspension articulation, and control both on and off the road.

To support the increased travel, the kit includes Cognito Tubular Series Upper Control Arms featuring corrected ball joint geometry and added caster for improved highway stability. Each arm comes fully assembled with the patented Cognito Alpha Ball Joint, designed to provide superior strength, articulation, and durability in lifted applications.

Forged Cognito torsion bar keys allow the front suspension height to be adjusted up to 3 inches over stock, creating a level stance and additional clearance for larger tires while preserving excellent ride quality.

• 285 or 295 tire on stock wheel – Requires wheel spacer at least 1/4" to 3/8" thick; 1.5” wheel spacer looks really good
• 35x12.5 tire on stock wheel – Requires wheel spacer at least 1/2" thick; 1.5” wheel spacer looks really good; use tie back kit plus medium trimming
• 37x12.50 tire on stock wheel – Requires wheel spacer at least 1/2" thick; 1.5” wheel spacer looks really good; use tie back kit plus heavy trimming
• 285/75R18 (35x11.5), 18x9 +18mm offset – No trimming needed
• 35x12.50, 9” wide wheel +18mm offset – Minimal trimming to inner fender liner
• 35 on 10” wide wheel +18mm offset – Medium trimming; suggested use of tie back kit plus medium trimming
• 35 on 9” wide wheel, 0mm offset – Suggested use of tie back kit plus medium trimming
• 37x12.50, 9” wide wheel +18mm offset – Suggested use of tie back kit plus medium trimming
