The Zone Offroad ZONT19 2-Inch Front Leveling Kit for 2024-up Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4WD models reduces factory rake, increases front ground clearance, and creates extra room for larger tires while retaining the factory front struts. The system uses precision-engineered front preload spacers to raise the front suspension about 2 inches without replacing the coilovers. Rear shock configurations include no shocks, Zone Nitro Series shocks, or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks.

The front preload spacers work with the factory strut assemblies to increase ride height while maintaining favorable suspension geometry and operating angles. By adding lift through spring preload rather than a large top-mounted spacer, the ZONT19 helps preserve proper ball joint and tie rod movement throughout suspension travel. The result is a leveled front-to-rear stance that maintains controlled steering and suspension characteristics while providing the additional clearance needed for larger wheel and tire combinations.

With approximately 2 inches of front lift, the ZONT19 provides clearance for up to 285/75R17 tires with properly configured wheels. The added height improves approach clearance and gives the Tacoma TRD Off-Road a more aggressive stance without a full suspension lift. Zone Nitro Series shocks use a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for responsive street and trail damping. FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks use a 2-inch steel monotube body, internal floating piston, 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated shaft, high-flow piston, and application-specific valving for consistent suspension control and improved heat management. These rear shock options let you match the leveling kit to your ride preferences and performance needs.
