4" 2015-2020 Ford F150 2WD Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

Upgrade your truck’s capability with the BDS 1523H / 1909H 4" Suspension Lift Kit for 2015–2020 Ford F-150 2WD. Designed to improve stance, strength, and off-road performance, this system provides clearance for up to 35" tires while maintaining great on-road handling.

This kit uses BDS’s high-clearance crossmember design for maximum ground clearance and durability, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper handling. Up front, the system includes 1/4" thick laser-cut steel crossmembers, a heavy-duty skid plate, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles to maintain steering angles and ESC system compatibility. Additional components include sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware for a complete, ready-to-install solution.

In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and extended u-bolts level the stance, paired with NX2 Nitro shocks or the optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for improved ride quality on and off the pavement. As with all BDS products, this lift kit is Made in the USA and engineered for strength and dependability.

High Clearance Crossmembers

Heavy-duty 1/4" thick laser-cut steel crossmembers maximize ground clearance and tie together with a front skid plate to create a rigid subframe, adding strength and off-road protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the lifted ride height and work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain proper function and ESC system compatibility.
