3" 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 2500 4wd (w/Hemi Engine) Pintop Lift System by Carli Suspension

This Carli Suspension CS-DPT25-19-H Pintop 3 inch lift system for the Dodge Ram 2500 4wd Hemi models is a ultra premium lift kit that will lift your vehicle enough to fit up to 37 inch x 12.5 inch tires. Using custom tuned King 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks this kit is perfect for Ram owners wanting the best ride quality and off-roading performance. Excellent during on-road, highway, towing/hauling along with slow to high speed off road use.

Featured in this lift kit system are 3 inch lift front coil springs that have a slightly reduced linear rate for better ride comfort. Paired with the coil springs are King 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks. These custom Carli King shocks use a unique 17-4 stainless shaft that is machined and polished. Meaning there is no finish or coating to wear off. The 2.5 inch diameter body houses a custom piston designed for heavy-duty truck models. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions.

To keep the front axle centered properly an adjustable front track bar is included. In typical Carli fashion this bar has features that are not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8 inch DOM construction that allow for use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with a huge 1" shank.

Radius arm drop brackets lower the factory radius arms which rotates the axle back to factory angles to maintain proper caster and geometry. Made from 1/4 inch cold rolled steel these heavy duty brackets will provide a solid link between the arms and chassis.

In the rear Carli gives you the choice of rear coil springs that will best fit your needs. R1 coil springs will provide .5 to 1 inch of rear lift. These are designed to soften the ride by sacrificing some load capacity (maxed at 1,500 lbs). R2 coil springs provide 2 to 3 inches of rear lift and maintain the factory payload, but have a firmer ride.

Rear Track Bar: As the Ram 2500’s suspension cycles, the rear axle naturally shifts side-to-side, creating rear yaw that can be felt in the cab. To correct this, Carli offers two solutions: a rear track bar drop bracket that minimizes axle movement while retaining the factory-length bar, or the Carli Extended Rear Track Bar, which dramatically increases track bar length and improves geometry. The result is reduced yaw, improved stability, and far more predictable handling on and off the road.

Required Sway Bar Selection - While Carli does not include a front sway bar correction in this kit it is required to install this lift kit properly. The billet aluminum drop bracket kit works great as a more economical solution. However, for truck owners wanting a HUGE improvement in ride quality the Carli Torsion Sway Bar is your solution and is an amazing upgrade. Designed to allow the front suspension to move more freely without giving up control.
