GMC Icon LIft Kits

Icon suspension lift kits or systems are engineered to offer more than a standard lift, but will improve the suspension performance and ride quality. This is especially true on models equipped with factory front struts (or coilovers). Icon offers a large selection of replacement coilover options that are designed to add additional height but also provide better dampening and control when driving the highway or hitting the trail. With coilover lift kit stages ranging from an internal reservoir (IR) to a remote reservoir (RR) with adjustment knobs to allow easy fine-tuning of your ride firmness or softness.

What are Icon System Stages

Icon offers a range of suspension systems designed for truck models, organized into different stages. The higher the stage number, the more premium the components included are, and the higher the price tag. Systems start at "Stage 1" on 1/2 ton, and mid-size truck models usually include a set of Icon 2.5 IR coilovers and Icon 2.0 IR rear shocks. As stages increase, you have additional options for coilovers and shocks with remote reservoirs and adjustable dampening. Icon control arms can be added in a steel tubular variety or billet aluminum; both feature the patented Delta joint for improved suspension droop and articulation. Additional options will vary by model and lift kit size.
