Ranger 2019-2023 Ford High-Clearance Anti-Intrusion Beams by ReadyLift

The ReadyLIFT 67-2900 High-Clearance Anti-Intrusion Beam Kit is designed to provide additional tire clearance for 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 2WD and 4WD trucks equipped with stock, leveled, or lifted suspension systems. This kit replaces the factory crash bars with a high-clearance design, allowing for larger tire fitment without interference during turning.

Factory anti-intrusion beams (crash bars) are designed for occupant safety but can limit tire clearance when running larger wheels and tires. ReadyLIFT’s engineered replacement beams maintain the structural integrity of the factory components while significantly increasing available clearance.

Constructed from laser-cut, robot-welded heavy-duty steel, these beams are precision engineered and validated using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to meet factory specifications. The notched high-clearance design allows for improved turning radius and eliminates contact issues commonly experienced with oversized tires.
