Zone Off-Road F139F/F139N Reinforced Radius Arm Bracket Kit improves suspension geometry, ride quality, and handling on Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty gas-engine models. Designed for single-rear-wheel applications, this system corrects front-end geometry on lifted trucks to restore factory-like driving characteristics while maintaining increased ride height and capability.
At the center of this system are heavy-duty, reinforced radius-arm drop brackets engineered to correct axle rotation and return caster angles to factory specifications. By lowering the radius arm mounting points, the kit reduces coil spring bowing and ensures proper spring seating, resulting in improved ride comfort, steering stability, and consistent handling both on-road and off-road.
Additional components, including a forged pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar bracket, are included to maintain proper steering geometry and re-center the front axle after lifting. Full-length front coil springs provide a smooth, controlled ride while supporting the demands of gas-powered Super Duty trucks used for daily driving, towing, and off-road use.
This system is available with multiple shock options to match performance needs. The Zone Nitro Series twin-tube shocks offer reliable, everyday performance, while the FOX 2.0 Adventure Series monotube shocks provide improved damping control and off-road capability with fade-resistant performance. Together, these components deliver a balanced suspension system built for durability, control, and confidence in any driving condition.

| Important NotesInstallation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs. Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft.
Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid/eliminate driveshaft vibration.
Some 2023 F250/F350 Super Duty trucks from Ford have left rear axle shafts manufactured without proper completion. Refer to Ford Safety Recall 23S49 for details and the affected build range.
Fits Gas Engine models only
Fits SRW models only
Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with the brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use the recommended specs listed in the wheel-and-tire fitment section.
2023+ F250/F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with Load Scales/Ride Height Sensors will require ZONF5502 to properly remount the sensor linkages.
2024+ Ford Super Duty Only: This kit includes ball joint cams to achieve optimum performance both on and off-road. For vehicles equipped with a non-selectable passenger-side hub-lock on the front axle, along with these ball joint cams, the non-selectable hub-lock must be replaced with a selectable hub-lock. Part number (PC3Z-3B396-A) is needed to prevent a grinding noise from the front axle for these applications. If your vehicle is not factory equipped with them, you may also need vacuum lines (3C125-A and/or 3C124). You can reference Section 307-07A of the Workshop Manual or Bulletin SSM 52423 for more information
2023+ Model: Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane-keeping, lane-departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions, as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. |
