F140N / F140F Reinforced Radius Arm Bracket Kit improves suspension geometry, ride quality, and handling on Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel models equipped with single rear wheel configurations. Designed to correct common issues found on lifted trucks, this system repositions key suspension mounting points to restore factory-like driving characteristics while maintaining increased ride height.
At the core of this system are heavy-duty reinforced radius arm drop brackets that correct axle rotation and restore proper caster alignment. By lowering the radius arm mounting points, the kit reduces coil spring bowing and ensures proper spring seating, resulting in improved ride comfort, steering stability, and predictable handling both on-road and off-road.
This kit also includes critical components to maintain proper suspension and steering geometry, including a forged pitman arm to correct steering angles and a heavy-duty track bar bracket to re-center the front axle. Full-length front coil springs are designed to deliver a smooth, controlled ride while supporting the added height and weight demands of diesel Super Duty trucks.
Shock options include Zone Nitro Series twin-tube shocks for dependable daily performance or upgraded FOX 2.0 Adventure Series monotube shocks for improved off-road control and damping consistency. Whether used for towing, hauling, or off-road exploration, this system delivers the strength, geometry correction, and performance needed for a well-balanced suspension setup.

Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs. Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft.
Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid/eliminate driveshaft vibration.
Some 2023 F250/F350 Super Duty trucks from Ford have left rear axle shafts manufactured without proper completion. Refer to Ford Safety Recall 23S49 for details and the affected build range.
Fits SRW models only
Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with the brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use the recommended specs listed in the wheel-and-tire fitment section.
2023+ F250/F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with Load Scales/Ride Height Sensors will require ZONF5502 to properly remount the sensor linkages.
2024+ Ford Super Duty Only: This kit includes ball joint cams to achieve optimum performance both on and off-road. For vehicles equipped with a non-selectable passenger-side hub-lock on the front axle, along with these ball joint cams, the non-selectable hub-lock must be replaced with a selectable hub-lock. Part number (PC3Z-3B396-A) is needed to prevent a grinding noise from the front axle for these applications. If your vehicle is not factory equipped with them, you may also need vacuum lines (3C125-A and/or 3C124). You can reference Section 307-07A of the Workshop Manual or Bulletin SSM 52423 for more information
2023+ Model: Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane-keeping, lane-departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions, as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. As with a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may arise from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
