Zone Off-Road F143F / F143N Reinforced Radius Arm Bracket Kit improves suspension geometry, ride quality, and handling on Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty gas models. Designed for single-rear-wheel applications, this system corrects front-end geometry on lifted trucks, restoring factory-like driving characteristics while maintaining increased ride height and capability.

This kit features heavy-duty reinforced radius arm drop brackets engineered to correct axle rotation and return caster angles to factory specifications. By lowering the radius arm mounting points, the system reduces coil spring bowing and ensures proper spring seating, resulting in improved ride comfort, steering stability, and consistent handling both on-road and off-road.

Included components, such as a forged pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar bracket, help maintain proper steering geometry and re-center the front axle after lifting. Full-length front coil springs are designed to deliver a smooth, controlled ride while supporting the additional weight and demands of diesel Super Duty trucks used for towing, hauling, and off-road driving.

Shock options include Zone Nitro Series twin-tube shocks for dependable daily performance or upgraded FOX 2.0 Adventure Series monotube shocks for enhanced damping control and off-road capability. Together, these components create a balanced suspension system built for durability, control, and confidence in a wide range of driving conditions.

Important Notes
  • Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs. Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft.
  • Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid/eliminate driveshaft vibration.
  • Some 2023 F250/F350 Super Duty trucks from Ford have left rear axle shafts manufactured without proper completion. Refer to Ford Safety Recall 23S49 for details and the affected build range.
  • Fits SRW models only
  • Fits Gas models only
  • Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
  • Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with the brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use the recommended specs listed in the wheel-and-tire fitment section.
  • 2023+ F250/F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with Load Scales/Ride Height Sensors will require ZONF5502 to properly remount the sensor linkages.
  • 2023+ Model: Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane-keeping, lane-departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions, as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
