ZONF90LN / F98LN 6" Lift Kit improves ground clearance, stance, and off-road capability on Ford F-150 trucks while maintaining factory ride quality and drivability. Designed specifically for newer F-150 platforms, this system allows for up to 37" tire fitment while properly correcting suspension, steering, and driveline geometry for stable performance both on-road and off-road.
This configuration includes pre-assembled Zone Nitro loaded front struts paired with Zone Nitro Series rear shocks, delivering a complete and balanced suspension setup with smooth, reliable damping and easy bolt-on installation. Redesigned steering knuckles are engineered specifically for this platform to maintain proper steering geometry and ensure compatibility with modern driver-assistance systems, while heavy-duty crossmembers, a differential drop, and a skid plate enhance durability and off-road protection.
In the rear, this kit offers selectable lift blocks to fine-tune the vehicle's stance. A 5" rear block provides a level-to-slightly tail-high appearance, while a 4" rear block delivers a more level-to-slightly tail-low stance. Both configurations maintain load capacity and eliminate the need to stack blocks, ensuring a clean and durable setup.
Engineered for durability and backed by Factory Protection Plus, this lift kit provides a dependable upgrade for drivers looking to enhance both capability and appearance without sacrificing everyday comfort. The system maintains compatibility with advanced features such as BlueCruise while delivering improved performance on and off the road.

Recommended tire size: 35 x 12.5 or 37 x 12.5
Recommended wheel size: 20 x 9 with 5.5"–5.75" backspacing
Some trucks with a 2-piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear drive shaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, Zone Offroad recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 18-20" wheels with 5.5-5.75" of backspacing are highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance. 37" tires will require crash bar modification
Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included w/ kit).
Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4 block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
Loaded Struts are recommended to use the 5” tall block for a level stance, a 4” block will result in a tail low stance
Will not work with trucks equipped with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
Does not fit diesel models.
Will not fit Tremor models.
Requires frame bracket modification
Recalibration of your vehicles' Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane-keeping, lane-departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions, as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
