BDS Suspension BDS1579H / 1579FS 6'' lift kit for the Ford F150 is a premium lift kit that is engineered to the highest standard, using quality materials built right here in the USA. The kit offers a smooth ride and reliable on-road handling coupled with impressive off-road performance and clearance for up to 37'' tires.

This 6" lift system utilizes a pair of one-piece laser-cut 1/4" steel cross members, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets, heavy-duty differential skid plate, upper strut mount spacers to retain the OE ride quality, bump stop extensions, sway bar relocation, new cam bolts, and billet aluminum driveshaft spacer. In the rear, an offset pin block kit re-centers the rear axle in the wheel well and replaces the factory block to eliminate stacking blocks and level the stance of the truck.

Choose between rear BDS NX2 series or Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes
  • 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
  • 18" wheels with 5-5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire to frame crash bar clearance.
  • Models with 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included w/ kit)
  • Block kits replace factory 1-1/4" block. Stock block will not be reinstalled.
  • Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end users responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
  • Does NOT fit diesel models
  • Will not work with Tremor models
  • Some trucks with a 2 piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft. (Safety Recall 21S25) Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends to have this performed prior to installing the lift
  • This system has not been tested on models equipped with Ford BlueCruise
  • Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping)
  • Recalibration of your vehicles Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of the vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
