This Carli Suspension CS-D3-EV25-19-D E-Venture 3.25-inch E-Venture lift system for the Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4wd diesel models is an ultra-premium lift kit that will raise your vehicle enough to fit up to 37-inch x 12.5-inch tires.

Step into the future with the revolutionary E-Venture system. With input from both an engine-mounted sensor and factory sensors through the OBDII port, this system anticipates the driver's needs. Its in-cab "Brain" employs a proprietary algorithm to process this data, resulting in an astounding 250 terrain analyses per second. This electronic marvel allows the E-Venture System to excel across all terrains: on-road, off-road, gravel, rutted paths, and even unmaintained lease roads. E-Venture highlights:

• Improved Ride Quality: Carli-tuned SDI Eclik 2.5" shock absorbers significantly improve ride quality and handling by adapting to various terrains, such as on-road, off-road, gravel, rutted roads, and more. This adaptability enhances the overall driving experience.
• In-Cab Touch Screen Controller: The custom SDI touch screen controller allows you to select the drive mode (Mountain, Street, Desert, or Pro). Pro Mode allows for further refinement like Pitch, Roll, Brake, Throttle, and Steering Response.
• Frequency of Processing: It processes terrain data an impressive 250 times per second, enabling it to rapidly adapt to changing road conditions.

Also included in this lift kit system are 3.25-inch lift front coil springs with a slightly reduced linear rate for better ride comfort. Paired with the coil springs are the Carl / SDI Eclik 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks. These custom Carli SDI shocks use a unique 17-4 stainless shaft that is machined and polished. Meaning there is no finish or coating to wear off. The 2.5-inch diameter body houses a custom piston designed for heavy-duty truck models. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions.

An adjustable front track bar is included to keep the front axle centered properly. In typical Carli fashion, this bar has features not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8-inch DOM construction that allows for the use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with a huge 1" shank.

Radius arm drop brackets lower the factory radius arms, rotating the axle back to factory angles to maintain proper caster and geometry. Made from 1/4-inch cold-rolled steel, these heavy-duty brackets will provide a solid link between the arms and chassis.

In the rear, Carli gives you the choice of rear coil springs that will best fit your needs. R1 coil springs will provide .5 to 1 inch of rear lift. These are designed to soften the ride by sacrificing some load capacity (maxed at 1,500 lbs). R2 coil springs provide 2 to 3 inches of rear lift and maintain the factory payload, but have a firmer ride.

Rear Track Bar: As the Ram 2500’s suspension cycles, the rear axle naturally shifts side-to-side, creating rear yaw that can be felt in the cab. To correct this, Carli offers two solutions: a rear track bar drop bracket that minimizes axle movement while retaining the factory-length bar, or the Carli Extended Rear Track Bar, which dramatically increases track bar length and improves geometry. The result is reduced yaw, improved stability, and far more predictable handling on and off the road.

Required Sway Bar Selection - While Carli does not include a front sway bar correction in this kit it is required to install this lift kit properly. The billet aluminum drop bracket kit works great as a more economical solution. However, for truck owners wanting a HUGE improvement in ride quality, the Carli Torsion Sway Bar is your solution and is an amazing upgrade. Designed to allow the front suspension to move more freely without giving up control.
