2" 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 2500 4wd Power Wagon Pathfinder Lift System by Carli Suspension

The Pathfinder 2” Suspension System (CS-D3-PF-CS-19-PW) is designed for Ram 2500 Power Wagon owners who demand exceptional on-road comfort with the confidence to handle light to moderate off-road terrain. Positioned between Carli’s Backcountry and Pintop systems, the Pathfinder delivers a smooth, composed daily-driving experience while dramatically improving suspension control over stock.

This system raises the front of your Ram approximately 2 inches while increasing usable suspension travel by roughly 50% over factory. Taller, lighter-rate front coil springs improve ride quality and compliance, allowing the suspension to absorb small and medium impacts with ease—resulting in a supple, controlled feel that shines on pavement and broken roads.

At the heart of the system are Carli-SPEC 2.5” remote-reservoir shocks, engineered to provide consistent damping, improved heat management, and long service life. Compared to 2.0” shocks, the 2.5” platform offers significantly greater piston surface area, improving control and reducing fade under sustained use. This makes the Pathfinder ideal for drivers who want premium ride quality without the stiffness associated with aggressive, high-speed off-road systems.

To maintain proper geometry at the taller ride height, the system includes key correction components such as an adjustable front track bar to recenter the axle and radius arm drop brackets to restore caster and axle position. Rear components are designed to minimize rear axle yaw and maintain predictable handling, with compatibility for Carli’s Extended Rear Track Bar for maximum stability.

Rear Track Bar: As the Ram 2500’s suspension cycles, the rear axle naturally shifts side-to-side, creating rear yaw that can be felt in the cab. To correct this, Carli offers two solutions: a rear track bar drop bracket that minimizes axle movement while retaining the factory-length bar, or the Carli Extended Rear Track Bar, which dramatically increases track bar length and improves geometry. The result is reduced yaw, improved stability, and far more predictable handling on and off the road.

In the rear Carli gives you the choice of rear coil springs that will best fit your needs. R1 coil springs will provide .5 to 1 inch of rear lift. These are designed to soften the ride by sacrificing some load capacity (maxed at 1,500 lbs). R2 coil springs provide 2 to 3 inches of rear lift and maintain the factory payload, but have a firmer ride.

Designed to support larger tires, the Pathfinder 3” system comfortably fits up to 37” tires with proper wheel specifications, while 35” tires require minimal to no trimming—making it a versatile choice for both daily drivers and adventure-ready builds.

Required Sway Bar Selection - While Carli does not include a front sway bar correction in this kit it is required to install this lift kit properly. The billet aluminum drop bracket kit works great as a more economical solution. However, for truck owners wanting a HUGE improvement in ride quality the Carli Torsion Sway Bar is your solution and is an amazing upgrade. Designed to allow the front suspension to move more freely without giving up control.
